A full commercial renovation of a waterfront restaurant, taken from bare shell through to a room ready to serve.
Old tile came off to reveal the usual story: waterproofing that had been treated as a formality. The room was stripped, the substrate replaced where it had failed, and a new pan and membrane detailed properly before any finish work started.
Tile was set out so the joints land cleanly at the niche and the corners, the vanity and fixtures were fitted, and extraction was sized for the room rather than for the box it came in. That last detail is what keeps a Florida bathroom from repeating this job in five years.
