Restaurant build-out, Treasure Island
A full commercial renovation of a waterfront restaurant, taken from bare shell through to a room ready to serve.
The brief was as much about disruption as it was about finish. Work was split into phases and sections so staff could keep working while each area was taken offline in turn, with the noisier operations moved outside business hours.
Partitions, ceilings, commercial-grade flooring, lighting and power were all replaced, with accessible routes and restrooms brought into line with commercial code. Access routes were kept clear and protected for the whole programme.
