A full commercial renovation of a waterfront restaurant, taken from bare shell through to a room ready to serve.
An outdoor kitchen is a small building, not a cabinet run moved onto the patio. The structure was built to carry counters and appliances, with gas, power, water and drainage run and connected before anything was clad.
Every material above ground was chosen for constant sun, salt air and driving rain: weather-rated cabinetry, stone and tile finishes, and stainless built-ins. Indoor-grade fittings simply do not survive a Tampa Bay summer in the open.
